Nu folosesc des - seara sau dimineata fara zahar are gust placut, un ceai exceptional; recomand celor care au probleme cu digestia,dupa 8-12 ore efectele apar. Am hotarat sa cumpar inainte sa se termina pachetul ca sa nu lipseasca din meniu.In plus este un rehidratant de seama. Recomand sa nu lipseasca din depozitul bucatariei.
