Meglepődtem mikor kibontottam, mert nem erre számítottam. Egy másik rendszerben ettem már hasonlót. 1 kis pohár kefírt tegyél egy kis tálba és keverd össze 1 evőkanál porral. Én tettem bele 1 teáskanál málna szörpöt és így az íze nekem fantasztikus finom lett. Kísérletezz, neked hogy a legfinomabb, hidd el megéri. Sok sikert.

Un gust placut, sanatos si in amestec cu sucul de fructe are un gust minunat. Un produs foarte bun mai ales datorita continutului de ghimbir, seminte in, tarite psyllium ..etc.. Nu ai avea cum sa sintetizezi toate acestea consumand alimente obisnuite. Poate fi folosit si in curele de slabire pentru ca ofera senzatia de satietate si poti sa sari peste o masa sau sa mananci mai putin, nemaifiindu-ti foame la jumatate de ora dupa ce consumi un shake care contine acest produs.
